Riding the emotional highs and lows of the Bipolar Roller Coaster can take its toll. At some point we all meet with a crisis or breakdown, causing us to fall right outta that damn roller coaster.
Just as you would “fall off a horse, and get straight back in the saddle”, so too must we climb back into that carriage, lock down the security bar, throw caution to the wind and continue the roller coaster ride that is our life.
It may be fun, it may be scary, it may make us sick, but see? Doesn’t it look like a good time….. *chokes back sarcasm*
